Body care for humid weather: common questions

What kind of body care works well in humid weather?

Many people in hot, humid climates prefer textures that rinse cleanly and settle quickly: a low-foaming gel to wash, an airy balm rather than a rich cream, and a light oil used sparingly. Our body range is built around those formats, as shown in the texture guide above.

Where should I start?

Start with one wash and one balm. Riverstone Body Wash (from RM 148) and Fernlight Hand Balm (from RM 96) make a simple daily pair. Add Limestone Body Balm (from RM 128) if you want a moisturiser for after sun.

Do you deliver across Malaysia?

Yes. Orders ship within Malaysia and are priced in ringgit with tax included. Standard delivery is complimentary on every order, with complimentary express delivery from RM 350. Every order also includes two samples.

Are refills available?

Selected washes come as 500 mL refills. Rainroom Hand Wash Refill is RM 142. The Riverstone Body Wash refill is currently unavailable. Some stores also have a refill station.

Can I see the ingredients?

Each product page names its key ingredients, such as cedar leaf and green pepper in Riverstone Body Wash. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, read the full label on the pack before use, or ask a guide in store.

How much product should I use?

Each product page gives a dosage. As a guide: one teaspoon of body wash, half a teaspoon of hand balm, one teaspoon of bath oil in running water and two to three sprays of home mist.

Can I try a texture before buying?

Yes. Every order includes two samples, and our counters keep testers for each texture. Guided consultations are offered in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Kinabalu.

Do you have gift or travel sets?

Field Kit No. 1 (RM 238) holds a wash, balm and mist in travel sizes. Threshold Gift Set (RM 328) brings together four full-size compositions for hands, body and home.
